| To become
an employee at the Kings County YMCA, you must complete submit a
completed application, obtain a fingerprint clearance through the
California Department of Justice, and depending upon the position,
meet other certain criteria. All teaching positions require a
minimum of 12 college-level semester units relating to early
childhood education (ECE). Also, all Front desk receptionists
must be age 21 or older.
